What Is an Affiliate Link?
When you click a link on ProposalFlowLab that leads to a software vendor's website and then sign up for a paid account, we may receive a commission from that vendor. This is called an "affiliate" or "referral" arrangement.
The commission is paid by the software vendor — not by you. The price you pay is exactly the same whether you use our link or visit the vendor's website directly. Affiliate programs never increase the price you pay.
Which Programs Are We Part Of?
We participate in affiliate and referral programs offered by several proposal software vendors, including but not limited to:

- Better Proposals — Affiliate program (20% recurring commission, 90-day cookie) (betterproposals.io/partners/)
- We may also participate in programs from Proposify, Qwilr, and other tools reviewed on this site.
How Affiliate Relationships Affect Our Content
They don't. Here is our firm editorial policy:
- We never give favorable ratings because of an affiliate arrangement.
- We review tools we don't have affiliate relationships with (like Proposify and Qwilr) using the same methodology.
- Affiliate income from this site is used to fund ongoing research, testing, and site maintenance — not to influence rankings.
- If a tool is not good for our readers' use cases, we say so — even if it pays a higher commission than competitors.
How We Identify Affiliate Links
Affiliate links on this site are marked with rel="nofollow sponsored" attributes in the HTML, as required by Google's webmaster guidelines and FTC disclosure rules. We also display a disclosure banner at the top of pages that contain affiliate links, and include inline disclosures near CTAs where practical.
